Jeff Burleson, Attorney in Silverdale, WA

Jeff Burleson of Burleson Law, PLLC is an attorney in Silverdale.  He lives in Kitsap County with his wife and daughter. Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. After law school, Jeff worked for a leading Pacific Northwest family law firm. There, he handled numerous family law cases including divorces involving complex business assets. He successfully litigated child custody disputes and property division issues in his time as a divorce and family law attorney.

Jeff then worked at an insurance defense firm where he represented many insurance companies. He litigated automobile collision, premise liability, workers’ compensation and employment discrimination lawsuits. 

For many years, Jeff was also a deputy prosecuting attorney. He specialized in felony level prosecutions involving homicide, negligent motor vehicle homicide, sexual abuse and drug offenses. He also litigated thousands of DUI cases. He was lead counsel in numerous felony jury trials including murder and sexual assault cases. 

Prior to his legal career, Jeff served eight years in the Army National Guard as an artilleryman in Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS).
